On behalf of the European Hip Society, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 8th Masterclass in Arthroplasty Surgery Thessaloniki, from 17th - 19th December 2021. This year the event will run as an Ortho Olympics with the topic: Advances in Arthroplasty: What’s new in complex adult reconstruction & robotic technologies?
Our distinguished colleagues from USA, South America and Japan will kick off the cyber lectures on Day 1 and our expert European surgeons will compete on Day 2, encouraging an Ortho Olympic atmosphere with lively debate to find the winning continent. Day 3 will conclude with live video surgery and case presentations focused on complex primary, arthroplasty revision hip and revision knee from our national experts of the Hellenic Hip and Knee Society.
All distinguished teams will present both data as well as video surgeries and time will be dedicated to discussion between the experts. The course will be intense and insightful as always, and we are proud to announce the first Larry Dorr Gold Medal Award in memory of our esteemed colleague and legend of hip surgery worldwide, presented by John Callaghan.
As always, our primary aim is to technically educate orthopaedic specialists to gain an invaluable insight into joint arthroplasty and revision from the world leaders.
